Project Scope / Description:
Upon completion, Quest Development Group was the owner, developer and general contractor of The Ellington™, a 36-unit mixed-used complex in Chicago’s Beverly Hills community.  The Ellington™ was a partially abandoned building in deplorable condition.  The building’s award-winning renovation and restoration cost $690,000.  Occupancy is 100 percent.  Initial gross income was $250,000 per annum, resulting in a 36 percent return on equity.
