Robert Lach has more than 23 years of solid hands-on experience in general contracting, construction management and architecture.  His wide and varied background encompasses new construction and building rehabilitation efforts in institutional, residential and commercial buildings, as well as a multitude of churches and other houses of worship. 

He is well qualified to estimate, supervise, administer and manage large-scale construction projects.  Having previously coordinated and scheduled subcontractors, Rob understands the importance of staffing and advancing jobs in an expeditious manner.  Prior to joining Urban Quest, he established and operated Lakepoint Development, Inc., a full-service general contracting firm.  Between 1983 and1990, Rob worked as an estimator and project manager with a large construction company.  He graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies degree.
