Project Scope / Description:
Park Village is a new development providing 16 Safe Homes for Kids and 24 affordable homes in the Auburn-Gresham community.  This development was built in conjunction with SOS Children's Village and is the first of its kind in the country.  Urban Quest broke ground in fall 2003 and completed Park Village in spring 2006.  Park Village features single-family and multi-unit buildings and follows the design criteria for New Homes for Chicago.  The single-family homes have two floors with three bedrooms, and the two-unit homes consist of a two-story, three-bedroom owner’s unit with a two-bedroom ground-level rental unit.
