Lennox G. Jackson


Lennox G. Jackson has more than 20 years of progressive experience in real estate development, financing, project and asset management and construction. He is proficient at planning, implementing and completing both residential and commercial real estate development projects. Lennox has arranged and participated in several limited partnerships and served as managing general partner of numerous ventures, demonstrating his ability to organize a winning team and deliver quality products.

Prior to founding Urban Equities, Inc., Lennox worked as a development officer for City Lands Corporation; property representative for Newark International Airport; associate property representative, JFK International Airport; and as a management trainee at the World Trade Center. He has helped revitalize several of Chicago's communities from Lawndale on the west side, to the south-side communities of Bronzeville, South Shore, Englewood and Avalon Park, by building more than 100 units of housing, representing in excess of $20 million in new investment dollars. Lennox earned a Masters degree in Public Administration from Pennsylvania State University and a Diploma in Real Estate Investment & Analysis from New York University, following his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Morris Brown College (Cum Laude).
