Project Scope / Description:
Langston Cove is a development providing affordable homes in Auburn-Gresham and surrounding communities.  Urban Quest broke ground on the first set of 25 new two-unit homes in fall 2002 and will complete the project in fall 2006. Langston Cove will have three distinct dwelling types and follows the design criteria for New Homes for Chicago.  The homes consist of a two-story, three-bedroom owner’s unit and a two-bedroom ground-level rental unit.
