Quest Development needs your help to sponsor kids from the SOS Children's Villages Illinois to train and compete in the South Shore Triathlon

August 2th, 2008 

 

SOS kids will participate in the Tri-Masters program. Tri-Masters is a not-for-profit organization that empowers at-risk children via triathlon in order to teach life lessons. As our youth athletes learn to swim, bike and run, they gain skills in goal-setting, conflict resolution, respect, responsibility, self-discipline and perseverance. Urban Quest For Excellence will raise funds for entry fees, equipment, and team shirts as well as a post event celebration for our young athletes. Volunteers are also needed for the day of the event. Please help make a difference for some special kids.

SOS Children's Villages Illinois is a non-profit child welfare agency that builds Villages for children who are removed from their biological families due to neglect, abuse, abandonment or inability to care for them. Unlike traditional foster care, SOS reunites children with their siblings to live together with a trained SOS foster parent who provides care, stability and structure.

Corporate Triathlete Entry fee and all equipment $1000
Corporate Cyclist Bicycle, helmet and cycling shoes $500
Individual Swimmer Swim suit, wet suit and goggles $250
Individual Runner Running shoes, running shorts $100
